Bethlehem Ford Service Center

I was unfortunately out of town when my 2018 Ford Edge, which just had its engine replaced a month ago, started misfiring just before getting Rt 22. I live in TN. Made it back to my parents at 10 mph, and called Bethlehem Ford and had it towed there. Took care of it in 2 days (only because they didn’t have the exact part on hand). I’m back home in TN, and very grateful for the excellent service afforded me! Super professional service staff!

The service and people were perfect and saddens me to give less than 5 stars, but t would be wrong not to highlight a horrible Koch Ford decision. I was told that I would be charged 3% if I were to use my Amex or other credit card. All who advised and followed up on this, were apologetic, but could no nothing but enforce the Koch Leadership decision. I advised I will no longer bring my 2016 F150 to Koch Ford as a result. THe service management team reached out and we’re amazingly apologetic and offered sincere concern over my not coming back for service. They are NOT the issue. Why would I come back and face a potential significant repair bill that I do not have cash on hand for and then be charges 3% more as a result. I have financial means to handle these billls, but that is just a poop business decision. I worry for others facing this who do not and have to be charged a premium they already can’t afford. If Koch chose to allow credit cards, then they close to pay the fees. This is a form of suppression under the contract signed with credit card companies. I advised my Amex Platinum customer service team to investigate. I will also advise Ford Customer Service and open

I was extremely impressed by the warmth and friendliness of everyone during my service appointment. Random employees, as they were walking by, would say hello or made sure I didn't have any questions. And at the end of my appointment, the problem with my newly purchased vehicle was resolved with no change to me. This recent purchase and service call were my first times dealing with Koch Bethlehem Ford. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the service after the sale. I recommend people check out Koch Bethlehem Ford if you're in the market for a vehicle.

We came from out of town and went there for a rush pre purchase inspection on a Sat. Erin was able to squeeze us in and helped us get the documentation we needed for the purchase. Erin was very pleasant and kind and helped us through the process in an efficient manner. She was very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would definitely go back if we have any car care needs.

You are usually pretty good. I must tell you though that I told three different people that the car MUST be back by 3pm and it wasn't. Considering you took it around 8:30 am and only inspected it to see if the recall was warranted, I fail to understand why this took so long. Also after telling you many, many times to stop contacting my daughter, ChristiJo who lives in Philadelphia every time you want to communicate with me you continue to do this and it is not corrected. I want you to hear me on these things!
